Excellent service is our point of priority at Palazzo Inn Hotel. But then again, we do know that sometimes things change, hence, refunds may be required due to certain conditions.
1. Room BookingsAmount Refundable: Cancellations done 7 days prior to check-in are refundable. In case of cancellations within 7 days of check-in, there will be no refund. No Show: Guests will not get any refund in case they fail to come and do not give any information pertaining to their cancellation. Early Check-Out: We cannot provide refunds for early check-outs.
2. Special Packages and Non-Refundable Rates Some of our special packages and discounted rates are non-refundable. Please see the corresponding terms and conditions that apply to your booking.
3. Refund Process The amount of the refund will be provided within 7-10 working days following the approval of cancellation. Refunds are provided based on your original payment method at booking.
4. Force Majeure In case of any force majeure; that is, natural disasters or emergencies, the guest house, by legal exception, can adjust its refund policies with its guest house policies.
